Privacy-friendly analytics

Shiftverk uses Umami Cloud for lightweight website analytics. Umami does not use cookies in its tracking code and does not store personally identifiable information. It is used to understand page views, referrers, device and browser categories, country-level location, session duration and selected interactions such as opening a project, the founder profile or the contact link.

The tracker is limited to shiftverk.com and www.shiftverk.com, respects the browser Do Not Track setting, and does not collect URL search parameters. Umami creates anonymous sessions from technical request information rather than persistent cookies and does not track visitors across unrelated websites.

This website

The site does not provide user accounts, advertising, behavioural profiling or a contact form, and it does not intentionally set tracking cookies.

The site is delivered through Amazon Web Services. CloudFront access logs are retained for up to 30 days for basic traffic visibility, troubleshooting and security. These technical logs can include request time, IP address, requested path, referrer, browser or user-agent information, country code and response status. The logs are automatically deleted after the retention period.

Email contact

The contact link opens your own email client. If you choose to send a message, the information you include is processed so Shiftverk can read, reply to and follow up on your enquiry. The message is transmitted and stored through the email services used by you and by Shiftverk.

Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for the enquiry.

Links to external websites are governed by those services and their own privacy practices. Shiftverk does not control how third-party sites process data.
